Chris G. Smith is the Principal and Managing Broker of Fidelity Real Estate Group, Inc. He has a distinguished thirty-year record of commercial real estate brokerage, asset, and property management experience in Nashville, Tennessee. He formed Fidelity in December 1993 after seven years with Centennial, Inc/Grubb & Ellis, and Corporate Property Services. Mr. Smith has completed over $200 million of leasing and sales transactions over the last seven years, for agency and tenant representation assignments, while providing asset management, leasing, and property management services for a $150 million real estate portfolio. Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Tennessee in 1985.
